Are you not satisfied with your order? This can happen to all of us and you have the right to return your order up to 30 days.

You can do this via your bol.com account. Returns are completely free and within 5 (working) days the purchase amount will be neatly on your account!

Please note: Please note that we only accept complete and unopened products. If the return does not meet the conditions, we cannot accept the return. Sender is responsible for the return shipment.

Easy returns in 4 simple steps:

Step 1: Register your return via info@sansbeaute.nl

Step 2: Fill in the return form

Download the return form here and fill it out completely.

Step 3: Send your order

Send the items together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings to arise.

Step 4: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account

Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is returned to your bank account within 5 working days.
