- Q: Do I need to clean the blades of my shaver after use?
A: Yes, it is advisable to clean your shaver blades after each use. This helps prevent the build-up of dirt, oil and dead skin cells on the blades, which can cause skin irritation or infection. To clean them, turn the shaver off and remove the head. Rinse the head under running water to remove any hairs or dirt, then use a small brush to gently brush away any remaining residue.
After your order you will receive an instruction video on how to clean the heads. If the video is not clear enough, you can always reach us at info@sansbeaute.nl. We are happy to look with you!
Q: Can I choose between dry or wet shaving?
A: Yes, our shaver is designed to be used both wet and dry, depending on your personal preference. You can use the shaver with or without shaving cream or gel. Dry shaving can be quicker and more convenient, while wet shaving can be gentler on the skin and potentially provide a closer shave.
Shipping & Delivery:
- Q: What is the estimated delivery time of my order?
A: If you place an order before 11pm, it will be shipped the next day.
- Q: Are there any shipping costs associated with my order?
A: For orders under €30,-, a delivery fee of €4.95 applies. Orders above €30,- are delivered free of charge.
- Q: What is the expected delivery time for my order?
A: Orders placed before 23:00 will be shipped the next day. You can expect your order a day later. Of course, tracking will follow, allowing you to easily track the status of your order.
- Q: My package has not arrived. What should I do?
A: The Track & Trace information is crucial for tracking your order. If the status of your order is not updated for several days, we recommend that you contact our customer service via info@sansbeaute.nl.
If your package is shown as 'delivered' but you haven't received it yet, please give it a few more hours. It will probably be delivered soon.
Warranty & Returns:

A: You have a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. If the product is defective due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us for further assistance.

A: If there is a defect caused by a manufacturing error, please feel free to contact us. We will always work towards a solution.
- Q: What are the conditions for returning my order?
A: If at any time within 30 days you are not satisfied with the product, you can return the products without any questions. Contact our customer service, and they will guide you through the return procedure.
- Q: When will I receive my money back?
A: Your money will be refunded to the account number you used to place the order within 5 working days.
